AWŪ is an ever-evolving urban sanctuary. The atmosphere is soft, bright and relaxed. Here, your experience is entirely your own. Depending on your intention, it can feel energizing, restorative, social or introspective… or a little bit of everything.

If you’re planning a visit and wondering how to prepare, here’s a glimpse of what awaits you.

Visitors to the sanctuary in Québec: Expect delays! Due to construction work on Laurier Boulevard, please allow extra travel time.
