AWŪ’s menu is the result of an ongoing collaboration with Rosalie Lefebvre, a registered nutritionist and member of the Ordre des diététistes-nutritionnistes du Québec. Her scientific expertise, paired with a passion for wellness and food trends, guides the creation of a menu that is balanced, indulgent, and in harmony with the sanctuary’s universe.
